1. When will I receive my product?

All mainland UK delivery normally takes 10 to 14 days from receipt of payment, if artwork is required delivery will take 13 – 18 days

If you require quick delivery please call us or e-mail us at info@pinksherbert.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate.

2. What method of printing do you use?

We use Dye Sublimation printing that dyes the print in to the canvas at high resolution giving a fantastic finish that will not peel off in time or fade like inkjet printing can do. Using the latest printers and inks on the market we reproduce stunning images onto Canvas.

3. I would like a particular stylised portrait that you don’t have displayed, could you provide this?

Please call us to discuss your requirements and or send us an example, our talented team of artists will advise if this is possible

4. What type of photo or image should I provide?

We accept digital images sent by email or posted on a CD-ROM.

If you are sending us photo’s, artwork or images on paper we can accept up to A4 - 30cm x 22cm (12” x 8 ½”). Obviously recorded delivery of the image to us, and by return is the safest method. Please advise us at point of order if you require your images to be returned by recorded delivery, this charge will be added to the package and posting fee.

Scanned images should have a resolution of around 300dpi.

5. What file format should I send you?

We accept most digital image file formats. If your file format extension is not in the list below please email us.

.jpg .tiff .gif .bmp .psd .pdd .eps .jpeg .pdf .pdp

6. Can I submit someone else’s image?

Yes. But these should not be subject to copyright, or have obtained permission of the copyright owner.

7. How accurate and clear will the image reproduction be?

The reproduction of the image will largely depend on the resolution of the original. No clarity is lost within printing.

If we feel that the image is too small for your requested canvas size we will contact you to discuss.

8. Will the print fade or image scratch off?

No, we use the highest quality canvas and ink’s, our product is so robust you could even put it in the washing machine!

9. Will my original image be returned?

Yes. It will be dispatched with you receipt, separate to your canvas, if you would prefer your image to be returned via registered delivery please advise us at order stage.

10. If I’m not satisfied with the product, what should I do?

If for any reason our product fails to satisfy, please return the goods to us immediately and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement.

In the event of goods being damaged upon arrival you must advise the carriers and us immediately, and sign any delivery note to the effect that the goods are damaged. Alternatively please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
